2. Use of the Platform
CVSift is intended for legitimate HR and recruitment purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, upload malicious files, or use AI-generated results as the sole basis for employment decisions without human review.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@cvsift.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. CV Data and Candidate Privacy
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process candidate CVs on our platform. You must comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction when handling candidate data.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
CVSift provides AI-assisted ranking as a tool to support hiring decisions, not replace human judgment. We are not liable for any hiring decisions made based on our platform's output.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
